This personal electronic Butler with an inbuilt GPS system will guide hotel guest through all their choices and selections by just a few touches.
Qatar Belgium Modern Technologies developed this new, unlimited and unique device for Hotel hospitality and information management.
The application also allows hotel guests – after logging in with their room number and security code – to look up information on shopping, nightlife and local restaurants, as well as to check messages. Options to request DO NOT DISTURB, room cleaning, or additional linens, towels and toiletries are obviously also available.
By offering the device to its customers, a hotel (chains) will increase the value of its customer loyalty program as all the customer’s needs, preferences and expectations will be registered to make a next visit easier and more attractive.
No Limits.
The applications included in the ‘virtual butler’ are almost without limits. The GPS will guide customers to the rooms as well as to restaurants, shops, swimming pools and any other place in the hotel.
